Enrolment and Re-Enrolment

RE ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

  • Re enrolment is required for each term – enrolments are not automatically carried over from 1 term to the next.
  • To maintain a high standard in the classes and ensure the gymnast to coach ratio offers quality tuition there are limits on the numbers of members within classes.
  • Current members are given priority if they re-enrolled within the priority enrolment period – dates are advised by email and posted on the website and within the customer portal. After which places will be filled as bookings are received. At the end of each term it is imperative to confirm your place for the next term.
  • Students from any school are welcome to join Pep Gymnastics.

Dates for Term 4 2025

  • Current members have priority to keep their places in the same class for term 4 until 14 September. After this available places will be offered to those on the waitlist. From 14 September available places will be offered to members on the waiting list.  From 17 September any available spaces will be available for new members to book into. Some classes have a waiting list so places in classes may fill quickly. If you are wanting to change classes and the preferred class is full you will be placed on the waiting list (which is time stamped) and notified if a space becomes available. Existing members have been sent the customer portal link for checking enrolments and requesting new classes. If you get an error “error requesting email validation” it means your details are not in our database so you will need to create a new account.

    Note: Enrolments are on a term basis only. Confirmation is required each term via the customer portal. This means if you do not re-enrol, your enrolment will not be carried over to the next term.

    Existing members wanting to change day/time:

    • Keep your exisiting class and request to change to a different class. Log onto the customer portal request the same class and then request a transfer from that class to the new class. If the class is full (at the time of processing – note there may be multiple requests ahead of yours) you will be placed on the waitlist and notified if a space becomes available.
    • If you want to change day / time as you can no longer make the existing time: Log onto the customer portal an request the desired class.

    Changing classes and those on waitlist: Current members who have requested to change days and new members on the waitlist will be booked into any available spaces between 14 – 17 September. No classes will be visible on the customer portal during this time.

    New members: Online registration for new members for Term 4 will be available from  17 September via the ‘Enrol’ button on the menu.

    Multiple classes / students – select the student and class once you have ‘added to cart’ click on ‘booking’ in the top left and continue the process until you have added all desired classes and then complete the transaction to submit the class requests.
