Missed classes cannot be refunded/credited but we can offer make-up classes when there is space in an appropriate class.
To do this, follow this process: give notification prior to the class to be missed – you will receive a token that can then be used to book into a make up class.

- In order to receive a make up token, you must provide notice before your scheduled class via your customer portal or app. We do not accept notifications of absence after the class has past or via phone or email.
- If you have provided the requisite amount of notice, then you will receive a make up token that is able to be redeemed through your customer portal or app.
- Make up tokens expire 30 days from the date of the class that was missed.
- Current clients are able to redeem tokens for make up lessons via the customer portal or app. Non current clients will be unable to redeem your tokens, even if it is still within the token validity.
- Make up lessons can be booked a maximum of seven days in advance.
- Make up lessons can only be booked into the same level as you’re currently attending. If your student has moved up to a new level than the eligibility will move up to the new level.
- If another student has notified absent, then their position will be added to the pool of available make up classes.
- Make up lessons cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other benefit.
